We have a dedicated continual improvement team who enable us to deliver improved outcomes for all of the children across all of the Trust. 

The team works closely with the staff to ensure that we are doing everything possible to enable every child to succeed to the best of their abilities.  We want to influence each child’s education in our Trust right from nursery through to GCSE to ensure continuity of education and a smooth transition between settings.

We believe passionately that a child's education is more than just the grades on the exam results and we work tirelessly to develop a holistic provision, that is differentiated for each and every child, based upon their own requirements.  However, we can only do this by fully understanding a child's progress.  To this end, we have a comprehensive data tracking system, that is consistent across the Trust, which allows us to identify where we can add further support, rapidly, so that our children can flourish.
