Our Trust has approximately 550 staff that are all committed to delivering the best possible opportunities for the young people in our organisations to flourish.
Every single person involved in our Trust is critical to our success, and we place no ego on position or title. Everyone is as important and is equally valued.
Our employee's work is supported by the vision of the Members and the strategy of the Trustees, and then under the daily encouragement of our Headteachers and with the support of our Central Team.

Denise Reed
Member
Denise’s own consultancy followed and included a variety of education/animal linked work and for a while an insightful period as part-time manager of a team of dedicated volunteers with Witness Service and Victim Support. Denise’s first clerking role was in 1996 and this grew to cover many schools across Leicestershire and Lincolnshire. Denise was formerly a clerk to the MET Board.
