Christmas is coming....

New blog by CEO....

My thanks this week, to the fantastic team that is gathering about me in relation to planning Christmas for the Trust. This is the first time this has happened and something we are taking very seriously, mindful of our rather long half term. My deal is that if teachers and teams are upbeat and having fun, the children they are working with, will be too.

I am mindful that choosing a Christmas 'do' date in the first place has been very difficult because of the date that we break up this year. It seems that the festive season gets so so busy with most of us caught up with different events through the whole of December! We have decided to go ahead anyway, in the knowledge that equal numbers of people will be able to make one night and not another..... It's a stuck between a rock and a hard place situation The event itself will be our way of saying thank you for the part you have played in the superb work of the trust this term - (and it really has been absolutely superb.) With that in mind, we are working to ensure it will be a top top night - I'd say no expenses spared but it will be rather more imaginative than that!!

More information will be coming in the next couple of days, along with information about our super duper Christmas raffle - so do watch your inbox and I SO hope you can join us - even just to pop in to join us for the prosecco reception, served by your Headteacher and CEO.

All designed to keep us smiling through November!!!
