Trust Estates Apprentice – Mowbray Education Trust

This is an exciting opportunity for a Trust Facilities Operations Apprentice to join our ever growing Estates Team, for 37 hours per week, all year round, including some evenings and weekends. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate good practical and organisational skills, a positive work ethic and a keen willingness to learn Health and Safety procedures and legislation. It is important that you are self-motivated and can support other team members and all schools within Mowbray Education Trust (MET).

About you

Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a ‘can do’ approach is key to delivering the requirements of this challenging and rewarding, customer focussed role.   You will need to have good IT skills and a flexible approach to your working hours, a full driving licence is desirable but not essential.

The remuneration package includes a competitive salary, contributory public-sector pension scheme and a generous annual leave entitlement:

 

  • Salary £10,193.69 per annum (£5.28 an hour)
  • Local Government Pension Scheme membership
  • 31 days’ annual leave per year including public holidays
